Fiberlux Nonstick Baking Mats are made of rubber-like food grade woven silicone. They are thermal shock resistant, safe for use from -40 degrees up to 600 degrees, and re-useable up to 3000 times! Providing the ultimate nonstick performance, suitable for sugar, chocolate, viennoiserie, confectioner work, as well as cookies and cakes. Fiberlux mats should be rolled for storage (rather than folding). No greasing or special maintenance is necessary. Clean with a sponge under warm tap water. Not for use on an open flame.
